Job Description
Liquid Personnel is seeking a compassionate Registered Manager for its children's residential service in Swindon. This role involves leading a new, trauma-informed service aimed at providing a safe, nurturing home for vulnerable children. Responsibilities include lead development, compliance, team supervision, and fostering a positive culture. They offer recognition and support through paid time off.
Requirements
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare
- Proven experience in trauma-informed care settings
- Strong understanding of Ofsted regulations
- Passion for child-centred care and emotional wellbeing
- Excellent leadership and team-building skills
- Enhanced DBS clearance (required)
