Job Description
Liquid Personnel is recruiting for a Senior Practitioner for the Leaving Care service in Medway. As a Senior Practitioner, you will case hold children in care aged 16+ and support them on their journey to independence. You will also contribute to the learning and development of others.
Requirements
- Relevant Social Work qualification
- Completed ASYE
- Full driving licence and access to a vehicle for work purposes
- Active Social Work England registration
