Job Description
Liquid Personnel is seeking a Senior Social Worker to join its Mental Health Team in Kensington and Chelsea. The role focuses on supporting vulnerable adults and carers through assessment, safeguarding, independence, and case management, with an emphasis on prevention, independence, and reducing risk. The Social Worker will manage case management duties, deputising for the Team Manager, and collaborate with community mental health teams, healthcare partners, and the Childrenâs Safeguarding team.
Requirements
- Social Work England registration
- Eligible to work in the UK
- Full UK driving licence
- Post-qualified experience
- Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
