Social Worker - Children’s Safeguarding Team - Ceredigion

An exceptional opportunity for a Social Worker to join the long-term Children’s Safeguarding team in Ceredigion. The role involves developing and implementing interventions in Child Protection/ Children in Need plans, identifying risks, and managing caseloads.

Requirements

• Registered with Social Work Wales
• Full UK driving license and access to a car
• Eligibility to work in the UK
• Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
• Post-qualified experience
• Significant experience in progressing Child Protection and Children in Need (CIN) plans
• Expertise in assessing and managing risk in complex cases
• Organized, resilient, and adept at balancing multiple priorities
