Social Worker – Children’s Social Care

We are seeking a dedicated Children’s Social Worker to join various teams across Lancashire. This role focuses on achieving the best outcomes for children and young people by keeping them safe, protected from harm, and providing the right support at the right time.

Requirements

• Social Work England registration
• CQSW, DipSW, Degree in Social Work or an equivalent recognised qualification
• Experience in social work specifically with children and families
• A full UK driving licence and a car available for business use
• Knowledge of child development and relevant legislation
• Skills in assessment and working effectively with children and families in complex circumstances
• Ability to value diversity and work across different cultures and religions
