Social Worker – Family Safeguarding

Liquid Personnel is seeking an experienced Social Worker - Family Safeguarding to join their client's team in Fleetwood/Fylde and Wyre. The role involves working with families to ensure child safety and well-being, providing support and intervention to address safeguarding concerns.

Requirements

• Qualified Social Worker
• 2 years post-qualified experience
• Strong understanding of child protection and safeguarding
• Experience in family safeguarding
• Ability to manage a diverse and complex caseload
• Excellent communication and decision-making skills
• Commitment to child-centred practice
