Social Worker - Family Safeguarding

We are recruiting an experienced Social Worker to join our client’s Family Safeguarding Team based at Sand Martin House, Peterborough. This role is focused on high-level case management, working with children and families to manage risk safely and promote positive lived experiences within the family home.

Requirements

• Social Work England registration and a recognized Social Work qualification
• Frontline Expertise: Significant experience in managing Section 47 enquiries and court work (both private and public law)
• Compliance: A fully completed DfE sheet must be submitted with every CV to be considered for this position
• Relational Practice: Ability to engage families effectively while maintaining a sharp focus on safeguarding and child-centered outcomes
• Driving Licence: A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for business travel
