Social Worker – Leaving Care Team

We are looking for a Social Worker to join our Leaving Care Team in Cheshire West and Chester. The role involves supporting looked after children through care and pathway planning to develop independent living skills.

Requirements

• Qualified Social Worker with at least 2 years post-qualified experience
• Strong understanding of child protection and safeguarding
• Experience in assessment and pathway planning with looked after children
