Liquid Personnel is hiring a Social Worker for the Adults With Learning Disabilities Team in South Tyneside. Candidates must have SWE registration, be eligible to work in the UK, hold a degree in Social Work, hold a full UK license and have post-qualified experience.

• Provide guidance and support, empowering individuals and families to make informed decisions.
• Work with health services, housing providers, and community organizations for a coordinated approach.
