Buyer/Inventory Planner

Buyer/Inventory Planner sought to join the development of autonomous ocean robots, responsible for procurement and planning, inventory management, and supply chain processes. Strong communication skills and a self-starter attitude are required. The position involves working cross-functionally with suppliers, team members, and internal customers, with a focus on balancing stock levels and forecasting.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in operations, supply chain management, or related field with some technical knowledge in machine parts and PCBA's.
• Highly analytical mindset and strong negotiation skills.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in manufacturing operations, supply chain, purchasing & vendor management in a manufacturing environment.
• Materials program management experience including defining, scheduling, tracking, communicating status, prioritizing.
• Experience in electronics and machine parts purchasing, and NPI (New Production Introduction) processes.
