Liquid Personnel is seeking a dedicated Senior Practitioner to work in a motivational team across Hertfordshire. The role involves adopting a pioneering model of social work, using specialist knowledge to lead on complex cases, and supporting planning and safeguarding within statutory procedures.

Requirements

• Frontline experience in a safeguarding team at senior level
• Social work degree and Social Work England registered (SWE)
• Previous experience in leading less experienced staff
