Liquid Personnel are currently looking for an experienced Team Manager to join our clients Assessment service in South East London. This role involves supporting the daily running of the team, providing regular supervision and support to social workers and social work assistants, and making a positive impact on vulnerable children and families.
Requirements
- Ability to provide leadership to the team
- Ability to plan and manage own and others workload
- Ability to supervise staff, to assess professional competence and enable further professional development in others
- Social Work qualified, with valid Social Work England registration
