Intake Office Coordinator

We're seeking a bilingual Intake Office Coordinator to join our team in Naperville, IL. As the first face and voice of the firm, you'll provide a high-stakes, high-empathy experience for clients seeking immigration support. You'll manage the intake process, handle client inquiries, and maintain a welcoming area.

Requirements

• Bilingual Proficiency: Fluent in Spanish and English (verbal and written)
• 1-3 years of experience in customer service (preferred)
• High school diploma or equivalent experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable learning case management systems
• Ruthless attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and ability to multitask and prioritize work independently
