Job Description
As an Intake Specialist, you will lead in-depth consultations, assess client situations, and guide them toward the service that best meets their needs. You will build rapport quickly, communicate clearly in English and Spanish, and help clients understand legal pathways and the value of partnering with our team.
Requirements
- Conduct one-on-one consultations with prospective clients
- Meet or exceed individual KPI targets
- Learn and stay current on all case types offered by the firm
- Maintain accurate and timely records of all consultations, dispositions, and follow-up activities
- Participate in weekly legal training and sales training and development programs
