Campaigns and Events Lead

We’re hiring a Campaigns & Events Lead to work directly with our Head of Marketing and help scale Listen from $XXM → $100M+ ARR. This is a high-ownership role for someone who combines taste, creativity, and detail-oriented execution — and wants to help build the brand at a breakout company.

Requirements

• Min. 3+ years in B2B SaaS campaigns, events, field marketing, brand marketing, or related roles.
• Strong creative judgment, experience producing standout events or launches, and the ability to move fluidly between big-picture thinking and hands-on execution.
• Excitement about travel and working in a fast-paced startup environment is important.
