Job Description
Lithic is hiring an Engineering Manager to lead the team building the next generation of AI-powered program management tools for financial card programs. The team will work on building tools that reduce manual lift for customers and internal teams, using agentic AI to automate workflows in disputes, fraud, compliance, and customer operations.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing software engineering teams
- Strong technical foundation
- Experience with modern web stacks
- Strong communication skills and comfort operating across engineering, product, and business stakeholders
