Job Description
Lithic is seeking a Product Delivery Specialist to join their team. The role involves leading complex customer implementations, driving operational excellence, and developing scalable processes to enable billions in transactions for innovative fintechs and digital banks.
Requirements
- Proven track record in Program Management, Technical Implementations, Solutions Architecture, or comparable customer-facing roles
- 3-5 years of experience in FinTech, particularly in payments, card issuance, or financial services technologies
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong product sense and technical acumen
- Strong project/program management experience
- Customer-focused mindset and ability to collaborate effectively across teams
