Senior Product Designer - Dashboard and Internal Tools

We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to lead the design of our primary user interface, a front-end experience of our APIs, for business customers and internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing complex financial operations and user experiences, with a strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product work.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product design experience at a technology company
• B2B or SaaS product experience, preferably in fintech, developer tools, data products, or complex enterprise software
• Systems thinking: Ability to design scalable solutions that work across multiple user types, use cases, and product areas
• Interaction design expertise: Strong command of user flows, information architecture, and designing for complex workflows
• Visual design craft: Keen eye for detail, skilled in typography, layout, color, and creating polished, professional interfaces
• Design tools proficiency: Expert with Figma or similar tools; comfortable with prototyping tools and techniques
• Communication skills: Articulate design rationale clearly to diverse audiences, from engineers to executives
• Collaboration mindset: Track record of successful partnership with product managers and engineers in an agile environment
• User-centered approach: Experience conducting user research, incorporating feedback, and iterating based on data and insights
