Materials Manager

Littelfuse is seeking a Materials Manager to lead and oversee Warehouse Operations, Receiving, Shipping, and Distribution Center activities at our Matehuala manufacturing plant. As a Materials Manager, you will be responsible for efficient material flow, accurate physical handling of goods, and on-time customer shipments while maintaining compliance with company policies and operational standards.

Requirements

• Lead, coach, and develop warehouse supervisors, leads, and associates
• Oversee daily warehouse and distribution center operations
• Ensure accurate and timely receipt of materials and finished goods
• Manage outbound shipments to meet customer delivery commitments
• Supervise inbound and outbound logistics processes
• Collaborate with Supply Chain and Inventory Control teams
• Identify and implement process improvements using Lean principles
• Monitor warehouse-related costs and drive performance improvement initiatives
