Job Description
Littelfuse is seeking a MLV Process Engineer to improve continuous yield, reduce scrap rate, and mitigate quality risks. The ideal candidate has experience in metal surface processing and injection processes, as well as technical communication and problem-solving skills.
Requirements
- Experience on metal surface processing like Al, Cu, Sn, Ag & injection process like LCP, PPS
- Product & process techinic communication with customer application field end to win business
- Familiar with SPC, ISO9001/14001/IATF16949
- Capable to solve problem with techinical principle in terms of material property & process mechanism
- Good knowledge of 6sigma tools such as FMEA, DOE, MSA with GB preferred
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Presentation and communication skills
