Job Description
The NPD Engineer - Global manages the operational aspects of small engineering projects from inception through implementation. Coordinates cross-functional teams and serves as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or university degree in Engineering
- 5 years experience designing electromechanical products
- 5 years experience with 3D CAD (Autodesk Inventor preferred)
- Fluent in English and Spanish (Verbal and written communications skills)
- Solid analytical and problem solving skills
- Proven project management skills
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes
- Knowledge of third-party agency approval processes
