Process Engineer

We are seeking a Process Engineer to join our Engineering team at the Littelfuse manufacturing site in Chippenham. The successful candidate will be responsible for optimizing and maintaining semiconductor manufacturing processes, developing process recipes, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• HNC/HND or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, Semiconductor Engineering, or a related discipline
• Some experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment
• Strong analytical mindset with an interest in data-driven problem solving
• Basic understanding or exposure to SPC, statistical analysis, or quality tools (e.g. JMP, Minitab, Excel)
• Good communication skills with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
