Quality Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and technically skilled Quality Manager to lead and integrate Manufacturing Quality, Product Quality, and Quality Management Systems (QMS) at our Chippenham, UK site. The Quality Manager will partner closely with Operations, R&D, and Product Engineering to strengthen quality systems, manufacturing controls, and quality practices across the full product lifecycle.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, or a related field
• Professional certifications such as Lead Auditor, CQI, or Six Sigma are preferred
• Experience working in a Quality Manager role within a manufacturing environment
• Experience within the manufacturing, industrial, or semiconductor industry is an advantage
