Supplier Quality Engineer

Role Overview

We are looking for a supplier quality engineer to contribute to the mastery and improvement of our processes and products on the Dole site. The role involves managing non-conformities, ensuring compliance with quality procedures, and participating in their update. The ideal candidate will have technical skills, personal qualities, and a customer-oriented approach.

What You Will Do

Manage non-conformities, ensure compliance with established quality procedures, participate in their update, ensure quality training, and use quality tools, continuous improvement, and problem-solving methods.

Requirements

• Master quality tools, continuous improvement, and problem-solving methods

• Knowledge of the manufacturing process, defects, risks, and non-conformity management
• Group work animation, process optimization, audits, and employee training
• Good mastery of office tools and English
