Supply Chain Manager

Littelfuse is a diversified industrial technology manufacturing company looking for a Supply Chain Manager to lead and optimize end-to-end supply chain operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field
• 7+ years of experience in supply chain, planning, or operations roles
• Strong experience in demand planning, inventory management, and logistics
• Proven leadership experience managing teams in a manufacturing environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience working with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or continuous improvement methodologies is preferred
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
