Job Description
Littelfuse is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sustaining Electrical Engineer to support ongoing product performance, manufacturability, and reliability across its electronics product portfolio.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Computer Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related discipline.
- 1-3 years of experience in electronics engineering, sustaining engineering, or PCBA manufacturing.
- Strong understanding of PCBA fundamentals, component functions, and mixed-signal electronics basics.
- Familiarity with Altium Designer / Altium 365 or similar ECAD tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot BOM issues, component mismatches, and PCBA-level problems.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word; ability to learn SAP and related systems.
- Fluency in Spanish and English, written and verbal.
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
