Job Description
SALES LEADER – Part-Time position seeking energetic and hardworking individuals to excel in a part-time role within a retail store. The role focuses on providing excellent customer service, maximizing sales, and representing the store brand. This is a full-time position requiring leadership within the store, product knowledge sharing, and daily task execution, as well as assisting with store operations and deliveries. The Sales Leader also collaborates with corporate store team and reports to the Store Manager.
Requirements
- Minimum of one (1) year of prior retail experience, sales, or customer service.
- Ability to open and close the store at least three (3) times per week and work two (2) weekend shifts per month.
- Ability to work flexible schedule, including events, holidays, evenings, and weekends.
