Job Description
Little, a national design firm, is seeking a Senior Design Architect with a positive, collaborative work style to work in our Durham, NC office. You will work directly with the Durham Design Leadership team and firm Design Partners to develop breakthrough ideas and creative solutions for various project types.
Requirements
- Experience creating and developing overall design concepts
- 7+ years of professional experience
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Design
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong leadership, management and mentoring skills
- Proven track record of success in maintaining and growing client relationships
- Solid understanding of materials, construction processes and detailing
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Microsoft Suite, Sketch up, Photoshop, In Design, Illustrator, PowerPoint
