Job Description
Direct Support Professional to provide services to individuals needing additional assistance in their daily life, including planning and providing instruction or assistance in activities of daily living, recreation and leisure, and other related services.
Requirements
- 18 years of age or older
- Negative TB screening
- CPR and First aid certification
- Clear criminal record
- Valid Indiana driver's license
- Full-coverage insurance
- Reliable transportation
