Job Description
Livable is looking for a junior property manager to strengthen its team immediately. As a property manager, you will be responsible for finding the perfect match between a building and a resident, investigating neighborhood initiatives to improve livability, and ensuring the smooth running of building projects.
Requirements
- MBO or HBO diploma
- At least two years of experience in a comparable work environment
- Fluent in Dutch and English
- Communicative skills
- Independent, flexible, initiative-taking, and eager to learn
- Valid driving license
- Availability of 32-40 hours per week
