Job Description
We are looking for a (junior) property manager to strengthen our team at Livable. As a property manager, you will find the perfect match between a property and a resident, and be responsible for taking over properties, researching initiatives in the neighborhood, and selecting residents and entrepreneurs.
Requirements
- Manage and control various property objects
- Maintain contact with users and clients
- Assign tasks and assignments for repairs
- Ensure safety measures
- Inform neighborhood residents
- Place signs on facades
