Manager, Enterprise Risk Management

The Manager, Enterprise Risk Management is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the organization’s Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework, ensuring effective risk identification, assessment, and mitigation across the enterprise.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise risk management, audit, compliance, or related discipline.
• Strong knowledge of risk frameworks (COSO, COBIT, ISO 31000) and business continuity planning.
• Proficiency with AuditBoard or similar risk management platforms.
• Experience preparing reports for executive leadership and boards.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
