Job Description
We are a global medtech company looking for an Operating Room Support Specialist to help make a positive impact on the lives of patients with epilepsy. The successful candidate will be a highly trained subject matter expert responsible for surgical case coverage in the OR during implantation of the VNS Therapy System, supporting Operating Room staff in product-related matters, and communicating effectively with patients, neurosurgeons, epileptologists, and nurses.
Requirements
- Understand the implantation, operating room, and credentialing process
- Know the local hospitals
- Be available to work with short notice
- Maintain all required necessary immunizations for healthcare employment
