Job Description
The Grill Cook position at Geno's Steaks involves cooking orders in a timely manner, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, and promoting teamwork. The ideal candidate has at least one year of cooking experience and culinary certified training. Responsibilities include controlling food usage, advising supervisors, and interacting with guests.
Requirements
- At least one year of cooking experience on a fast-paced kitchen line
- Culinary certified training preferred
- Ability to carry or lift items weighing up to 75 pounds
- Ability to stand and move safely in the kitchen
- Alcohol awareness certification and/or food service permit or valid health/food handler card
