Job Description
The Cordish Companies is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform routine and extensive preventative maintenance and repair procedures in a building. The role involves assisting in various maintenance and warehouse department functions and tasks, and performing skilled duties in one or more of the building trades, such as painting, carpentry, minor electrical, or other recognized crafts.
Requirements
- One year experience as a semi-skilled worker in one or more of the basic building maintenance trades
- Knowledge of manual and electrical hand tools
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, which may include off-shift hours and weekend assignments
- Must be able to operate a forklift, light truck and other related motorized equipment
