Role Overview

We are looking for a Lead Software Developer to take our IT systems for large customers in telecommunications and media to the next level. The role involves participating in complex customer projects, concepting, designing, and implementing modern software solutions, and taking on technical leadership of project teams.

What You Will Do

The Lead Software Developer will be responsible for architectural decisions within projects, technical direction decisions, and the technological orientation of the eTeam. They will also accompany the entire development process, estimate project efforts, and provide technical consulting to customers.

The ideal candidate will have several years of professional experience in fullstack software development, very good knowledge of several technologies, and experience in software and system architecture. They will also have good German and English skills and be willing to undertake project-related travel within Germany.

Requirements

• Fullstack software development experience
• Knowledge of Java/Kotlin (Spring), Python, Golang, C#, React, Angular, Vue, TypeScript/JavaScript
• Experience in software and system architecture
• Public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
• Kubernetes, containerization, and CI/CD
• DevOps methods and Infrastructure as Code (e.g. Terraform)
• Completed degree in (business) informatics, mathematics, or comparable
