Requirements
- Participation in complex customer projects as a Principal / Lead Fullstack Developer:in
- Concept, design and implementation of modern software solutions in Frontend, Backend or Fullstack
- Responsibility for architecture decisions within projects as well as for cross-functional technical direction decisions
- Significant co-creation of the technological orientation of the eTeam as well as active further development of our technical standards and best practices
- Technical leadership of project teams and taking on a central role as a technical customer frontend
- Accompaniment of the entire development process in the agile team
- Estimation of project efforts as well as technical evaluation of solution approaches
- Technical advice to our customers
- Knowledge transfer, professional mentoring and content support for the further development of the team
- Content support for recruiting, for example through professional interviews or technical sparring
- Participation in effort estimates and technical accompaniment of project tendering
