Business Analyst (m/w/d) - BU2

We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our team in Düsseldorf and Frankfurt, with the possibility of remote work. As a Business Engineer in the telecommunications sector, you will work directly with customer departments, analyze existing business processes, and develop concrete requirements for IT solutions.

Requirements

• Several years of professional experience in the analysis and design of business processes, preferably in the telecommunications or digital sector
• Very good knowledge of the collection, documentation, and prioritization of business requirements and their translation into IT formats
• Experience with process modeling and requirement analysis methods (e.g., BPMN, UML)
• Strong communication and moderation skills and safe handling of various stakeholders
• Experience with agile working methods and cross-functional teams
• Very good knowledge of German and English language
• Analytical thinking, structured work, and high level of initiative
