Requirements

• Client Engagement: Communicate with clients virtually (via phone, email, or chat) to understand their travel goals, preferences, and special requests.
• Customized Planning: Research destinations and curate tailored travel experiences that align with client desires, whether it's luxury escapes, family getaways, or group adventures.
• Reservation Management: Book travel components such as flights, hotels, car rentals, tours, and cruises through various supplier platforms.
• Travel Support: Act as a reliable point of contact before, during, and after travel — handling changes, cancellations, and unforeseen issues.
• Upsell & Cross-Sell: Recommend travel enhancements such as travel insurance, excursions, and upgrades to maximize value and customer satisfaction.
• Industry Knowledge: Stay informed on evolving travel restrictions, new destinations, visa requirements, and supplier promotions.
• Recordkeeping: Maintain up-to-date client records, itineraries, payments, and booking confirmations.
