Powder Coater

We are recruiting a Powder Coater on behalf of our client, a well-established sheet metal company based in Buntingford. This is a temp to perm, full-time role offering stable weekday work and the opportunity to join a busy production environment.

Requirements

• Previous powder coating experience is essential
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards
• Reliable and punctual with a good work ethic
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Understanding of health and safety in a manufacturing or workshop setting
• Ability to commute to Buntingford

Benefits

• Competitive hourly rate of £13.50, negotiable depending on experience
• Shift allowance of £1.50 per hour from 4pm once on afternoon shift
• Overtime paid at £20.35 per hour after 40 hours
