Job Description
As an Implementation Manager, you'll be the driving force behind how customers experience Flow. You'll own the end-to-end implementation process — from onboarding to go-live — working directly with customers to ensure they get the most out of our platform.
Requirements
- Experience in implementation, customer success, or consulting roles — Ideally in accounting, finance, or ERP software
- Someone who thrives in front of customers and is comfortable being on-site regularly
- Strong project management instincts — you can juggle multiple implementations without dropping the ball
