Behavioral Technician

We are seeking a Behavioral Technician to join our team of professionals who are committed to improving the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities, autism spectrum disorders, and related conditions.

Requirements

• Implementing behavior intervention plans developed by a BCBA
• Collecting data on clients' progress toward behavioral goals
• Conducting preference assessments and other data collection procedures
• Assisting with skill acquisition programs, such as language and social skills
• Providing feedback to parents, teachers, and other caregivers on clients' progress
• Maintaining accurate and timely records of clients' progress and behavior incidents
• Participating in ongoing training and professional development opportunities
