Payroll and HR coordinator

We are looking for a Payroll and HR Coordinator to provide day-to-day HR support to our Stormies and act as a supportive and reliable HR partner within Livestorm. The role involves maintaining a smooth HR experience for Stormies by ensuring requests are handled efficiently and HR processes run reliably across the company.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in payroll and HR administration
• Previous experience in managing mandatory legal obligations
• Strong knowledge of French employment law, and especially SYNTEC collective agreement (knowledge of other countries is a plus)
• Comfortable using HR tools (e.g. Payfit, Deel, Juro, Leapsome, Google Sheets)
• Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and providers
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• High level of discretion, with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism
• Fluent in English
