Job Description
Living Earth is seeking a customer service representative to provide exceptional service to customers, process orders, and assist with dispatching. The successful candidate will have a strong disposition for positive customer service and a collaborative style with effective interpersonal skills.
Requirements
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Process orders (including payment) quickly and seamlessly for the client
- Answer customer questions about products, orders and delivery
- Manage the cash drawer and ensure all money is balanced daily
- Assist with dispatching as needed
