Job Description
Living Innovations is seeking Direct Support Professionals to empower adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities to lead fulfilling lives. Provides daily living assistance, transportation, and support for individuals to develop life skills and achieve their goals.
Requirements
- Patient, caring, and positive attitude
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport and trust with individuals with IDD
- Willingness to learn and adapt to individual needs
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid state issued driver’s license
- Current vehicle insurance declaration and vehicle registration
- Access to a reliable vehicle
- Ability to pass comprehensive background checks
- 2 professional references
