Sleep Center Sales Specialist (full-time)

The Sleep Center Sales Specialist is responsible for creating a positive experience for guests, executing the Living Spaces Guest Engagement Model, and exceeding targeted sales per hour (SPH) while maintaining high guest satisfaction. This role requires a primary focus on training and development on sales proficiency process, executing style guide directives, and driving proficiency using the Guest Engagement model.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• 1 year of retail experience in a direct customer interactive environment preferred
• High volume experience is preferred
• Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered
• Experience in Microsoft Office programs
