Warehouse Supervisor

The Supervisor, Warehouse 1 will be responsible for helping the distribution center achieve performance goals for productivity, cost, quality, and safety, leading the team to operate efficiently and facilitating the daily work of the department.

Requirements

• Manages performance reporting of the distribution center department
• Works with department managers to establish daily and weekly goals
• Ensures operations are conducted in compliance with OSHA standards
• Assists team members with making improvements to their performance through coaching and mentoring
• Recommends and implements improvements to the functional area
