Job Description
We are looking for an HR Manager to fill challenging positions, supervise the entire recruitment process, and ensure effective HR procedures and guidelines. The successful candidate will be responsible for personnel matters, including employment contracts, employee meetings, and benefits. They will also be the contact person for employees and management and implement new and optimize existing HR processes.
Requirements
- Successfully completed Master's degree in Business Psychology, Business Law, Psychology, Pedagogy, or Human Resources Management
- Several years of relevant professional experience in the field of Human Resources
- Excellent language skills in German and English
- Good IT knowledge
- Experience with the personnel information system Personio is ideal
