Job Description
As a Senior E-Commerce Manager, you will be responsible for the commercial and strategic development of our online sales channels, maintenance and development of product content, and creation of online campaigns to increase traffic and conversion. You will also work closely with the content and support teams to improve the customer journey and after-sales experience.
Requirements
- Completed studies in business administration with a focus on sales, online marketing, e-commerce, or a comparable qualification
- At least 5 years of professional experience in a comparable position, particularly in dealing with shop systems (Shopify knowledge an advantage)
- Experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Amazon DSP, and Native Ads
- Analytical working method and experience with common analysis and tracking tools
- Independent, structured working method with good feeling for UX and UI
- Innovative spirit and hands-on mentality
- Very good English skills and German skills
