Requirements
- Leading a warehouse operations team with a customer first attitude.
- Knowledge of Recruitment processes.
- Knowledge and understanding of P L's, and the booking of in and out stock.
- Ability to review, challenge and develop colleagues in order to achieve their best and help them develop.
